CIC was established in August 2017 with the objective of supporting Copart’s technology and back-office functions. Since then, we have grown into a team of approximately 1,500 professionals, delivering end-to-end solutions across Copart’s Technology and Operations landscape. Over the years, CIC has expanded its scope adding Backoffice, Business Process, and Product Development in 2018, Quality and Audit functions in 2019, and Sales Support and Direct Selling capabilities in 2020. Today, CIC plays a critical role in supporting Copart’s global needs across Technology, Backoffice, Business Operations, and Global Support.
